The attention of the Maku campaign
organisation has been drawn to the various sharp practices been perpetrated by
the ruling APC and certain police authority in the state as follows:
1.
Police patrol team has been sighted offering cover to Fulani mercenaries moving
with guns on bikes from Keffi local government towards Kokona local government,
LGA.
2. Introduction
of alien voters to polling units not of their original registration points.
3. Deliberate
shortfalls in ballot papers allocated to APGA strongholds.
Based on the above submissions, APGA and
Maku campaign organisation is calling on the INEC and the Police authority in
Nassarawa state to correct the anomalies without delay for the sake of peaceful
and credible elections as well as harmonious coexistence in Nassarawa state.
